Opening of the N’ATA LUNA

We are in the Ruvitiello neighborhood in Grottaminarda, easily accessible via the A16 Napoli-Bari motorway. From the intuition of the energetic Vincenzo Panico with the support of the Tocco family, N’Ata Luna opens in partnership with Caffè Vergnano 1882. The simple and direct slogan: the taste of simplicity.

N’Ata Luna offers the opportunity to savor the entire experience, history, and culture of Campania cuisine at any time of the day. From breakfast to dinner, including the highly appreciated brunches and lunches.

The brigade consists of talented young individuals who combine a new vision of cuisine with this rich historical and cultural tradition.

A cuisine that seeks to experiment without forgetting tradition and the idea of comfort food. An important connection with the territory that is evident both in the dishes and the great wines of the area, as well as in the interior furnishings: a welcoming space, almost like a real home – with wooden and marble tables, cupboards, and iron chairs – that manages to blend elegance, intimacy, and the emotions of the region.

A simple cuisine that enhances local ingredients and flavors. Dishes that arise from the combination of tradition, the aromas, and flavors of home, with the creative flair and high professional quality of Chef Fabiana Scarica (winner of Top Chef Italia 2017) and her brigade. The passion for the authenticity of ingredients and flavors forms the basis of the team’s work, giving new life to historical ingredients. Alongside Fabiana, another name that will be the backbone of N’Ata Luna is Salvatore Marino. A 24-year-old who boasts an impressive resume spanning Capri, Naples, and Trieste.

Scillicampana is a sponsor of the N’Ata Luna inauguration with its DOP white and red wines expertly blended by Antonio Baldassarre, to the delight of the enthusiastic audience from all over the province.
