Scillicampana wines are made from carefully selected grapes from specific vineyards of the company. Each wine is associated with a specific vineyard with unique characteristics and is produced respecting the climatic conditions of the vintage, without any cellar manipulations and with a moderate use of sulfites. The bottles are individually numbered and produced in limited quantities based on the quantity and quality of the harvested grapes.
2021

The 2021 Fiano di Avellino Riserva is elegant and full-bodied white wine with an incredible aging potential.
It’s produced exclusively from selected, pure Fiano grapes sourced from the Scillicampana Vineyard in the San Marco vineyard of Montefalcione.
Recognized as a Riserva DOCG, it has been aged for one year in the bottle after 8 months of refinement in stainless steel on fine lees.
The wine presents a pleasant, intense, and refined olfactory profile, while on the palate it is fresh and harmonious.
2018

Ruby red wine with intense and distinctly fruity aromas. On the palate, it is harmonious and well-balanced, with a dry taste, pleasantly tannic, and with great structure.
It undergoes oak barrel aging for 12 months, followed by 12 months of aging in stainless steel tanks, and a minimum of 24 months of bottle aging. The extended aging is just the beginning, but the Taurasi DOCG 2018 is already enjoyable with its unique characteristics, or one can also choose to appreciate its development over time, with hints of spices and ripe fruit.
The grapes used for the production of the Taurasi 2018 are harvested from the vineyard “Vigna Campotondo.”

Elegant and full-bodied white wine with an incredible aging potential.
Its straw yellow color evolves over time, gaining greater intensity. The extended aging allows it to fully develop its sensory potential starting from 24 months after harvest. Floral and fruity aromas with pronounced minerality evolve over time into notes of toasted and dried fruit. On the palate, it is enveloping and savory.

Ruby red wine with intense and decidedly fruity aromas.
On the palate, it is dry, warm, pleasantly tannic, and with great structure. After aging for 9 months in stainless steel and then at least 18 months in the bottle, it can be appreciated for its current characteristics and evolve over time with hints of spices and ripe fruit.
The grapes used for the production of this wine come exclusively from the San Marco Vineyard.

Structured and full-bodied. A long aging in glass has given it harmony and balance.
The fruity aromas are reminiscent of ripe apples and pears with a hint of apricot, while on the palate, there is a subtle touch of caramel, balanced by a pronounced and pleasant savoriness on the finish.
An elegant, intense white wine, characterized by complex aromas and sensations, encompassing all the unique characteristics of the production territory.

Aromas of ripe plums and cherries waft from the glass of this Aglianico, mingling with herbal notes and toasted nuances.
Aged in stainless steel and then in the bottle for a long time, it presents itself as warm, persistent, with a still generous tannin that leads to a composed and balanced finish.
